What has Semax been researched for?

Published research has examined Semax in relation to neurological signalling, brain-derived neurotrophic factor, experimental cerebral ischemia, cognitive processes and neurological rehabilitation. Clinical literature exists, including studies involving patients following ischemic stroke.

Evidence status

Mechanistic and animal neurological research are substantial. Human studies are present, but large independently replicated international clinical evidence is limited.
